If you are a consumer as defined in § 13 German Civil Code, you have a right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalized for the customer.

RETURNS DUE TO MARBLE VEIN STRUCTURE:
Please be aware that the top enclosure of our wireless charger is entirely made from real marble, therefore each natural stone has its own unique grain, color, and general appearance. Even though we select the most suitable marble slabs, the wireless charger you ordered might deviate from the pictures in our online shop – each device is one of a kind. If you still desire to return the product, please get in touch with our support team under support@mrblchargers.com, and we'll try our best to find a solution. In most cases, you may return your product, and we'll send you a product with a more favorable material structure. After we received your returned item in it's original packaging, we'll directly dispatch a new one; please understand that this might take a couple of days processing time.

RETURNS
You can return all products within 30 days without giving reasons in writing (letter, or email). Please note that refunds will be provided in the form of original payment. If the purchase was made using a gift card, you will receive store credit for a future purchase.

Returns are free of charge within the EU when using our pre-printed return labels. If you are located outside the EU, you are responsible for returning the product to MRBL Studios GmbH, as well as any associated costs.
