All prices quoted on the product pages include both statutory VAT and other price components. There are additional shipping costs, which we will of course always keep as low as possible.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Amazon Payments.

When paying by credit card, your card is charged immediately after ordering.

Klarna bill is available for orders from Germany, The Netherlands and Austria. If you choose to pay via Klarna, you will receive payment information separately from Klarna via e-mail.

Shipping Information

Orders within the EU
Free shipping for luggage and orders starting at €170. For all other orders within the EU a flat shipping rate of €8,90 applies. Return shipping is free. Exceptions apply to certain territories, for which international shipping rates apply.

Exceptions apply to certain islands, for which international shipping rates apply.

Orders outside the EU
The exact shipping costs for delivery outside the EU will be calculated based on weight and the destination country in the second step of the check-out. The final cost will be shown to you at the checkout (all applicable taxes and duties included). An overview for most countries is given below.

Orders in non-EU countries
For countries that are not part of the EU, the shipping costs depend on the weight of orders and start at €15. This applies to shipping to Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Jersey, San Marino, Isle of Man, Andorra, Guernsey and Åland.

Intercontinental shipping
Depending on weight, the shipping costs to Canada, Gibraltar, Mexico, Singapore and the US are at least €20. This also applies to islands such as the Balearic Islands, Tenerife, Madeira and Açores.

Orders to other countries
For shipments to countries that were neither defined nor named above, we estimate a delivery of at least €40 depending on the weight of items.

Delivery Information

Incoming orders are processed within 48 hours on weekdays and will be dispatched immediately. Our standard shipping within the EU takes a total of 2 to 5 working days, outside the EU shipping takes 6 to 8 working days.

We always do our best to send your order as fast as possible on the way to you. Usually delivery takes only a few days. Unfortunately, there can always be unexpected delays, so it's never possible to promise exact dates.
